Our specialty is successfully meeting High Concentration Slurry Disposal System requirements (HCSD). These are based on the most recent process technology, which enables the system to store and convey dry materials.

Slurry Disposal System

The high-concentration slurry disposal system (HCSD) enables the disposal of bottom ash and fly ash in high concentrations with an ash content of about 60%, reducing the amount of water used, the amount of space needed for disposal, and the amount of energy used. 

The system continually discharges high-concentration slurry, which contains fly ash and bottom ash, to the ash disposal region from silos. To maintain a consistent essential slurry concentration while the slurry is transported through a carbon steel disposal pipeline, the ash is homogeneously mixed with water in the mixing tank (Agitator Retention Tank, or ART) using moist ash in a regulated manner.
